Winemaking
After a brief cold maceration, the must is fermented for about 12 days at a controlled temperature between 12 and 15 ºC (53ºF – 56ºF) to preserve the varietal expression of the Viura and Sauvignon Blanc and leaving around 32 g / l of residual sugar.
Ageing
On lees in tanks.
Tasting notes
Pale and bright yellow color. Fresh aromas of pineapple, quince, peach, with light touches of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and unctuous, very fruity with a great balance between acidity, fruit and sugar, with a long and pleasant persistence.
Food Pairing
Great as an aperitif, it matches perfectly with smoked and cold dishes, fish and seafood, and all sort of dessert
