The Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes for our Carlos Serres Reserva and Carlos Serres Gran Reserva wines come from the selection of different parcels of Finca El Estanque, picked manually, and from vines with an average age of 30 years. The maturation time in French and American oak barrels of our Criados range ranges between 14 and 36 months.
